Der Durchschubspüler TOP TECH 3823 NRG ist die energiesparende Ausführung des TOP TECH 3823: Die NRG-Wärmerückgewinnung nutzt den Dampf aus dem Spülraum, um das kalte Zulaufwasser vorzuwärmen – fast 40 % weniger Energie für das Nachspülwasser und weniger Dampf in der Küche. Das Gerät ist für Kaltwasseranschluss ausgelegt (Zulauf 15–25 °C), das Vorwärmen übernimmt die Wärmerückgewinnung. Bei mehreren Stunden Spülbetrieb am Tag rechnet sich der Mehrpreis über die Stromkosten.

Technisch bietet er alles, was den TOP TECH 3823 auszeichnet: Korbmaß 50 × 50 cm, rund 60 Körbe pro Stunde, Thermodesinfektion mit 85 °C Nachspültemperatur, Break-Tank mit 12-l-Boiler, eingebaute Nachspül- und Ablaufpumpe, nur 1,6 l Wasser pro Nachspülung, doppelwandig isolierte Haube und mehrfarbige LCD-Anzeige. Anschluss 400 V / 10,2 kW, Maße 72,1 × 83,6 × 226,5 cm (B × T × H) – die Wärmerückgewinnung sitzt oben auf dem Gerät. Zwei Körbe und Besteckhalter sind im Lieferumfang.
