Manufacturer's warranty

Many manufacturers grant you a manufacturer's warranty, which also applies when buying from MAYWAY. You therefore have the same guarantee as if you were buying the goods directly from the manufacturer.

The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to manufacturer's warranties. Your statutory warranty rights against MAYWAY (May GmbH) remain valid in any case. Your advantage: Many manufacturer's warranties allow you to claim warranty services from the manufacturer even after the statutory warranty period has expired.

Warranty right

We carefully check every consignment for quality and completeness. However, if something is wrong with your product and there is already a defect when the goods are delivered, you as a MAYWAY customer naturally have legal warranty rights for every item.

Simply give us a call: +43 316 28 41 42 or send us an e-mail: info@mayway.eu. Depending on the defect, we will ask you to send us photos to evaluate the defect or ask you to return the item.

Claims for craftsman services

If you hire a tradesman from an outside company and the product is damaged during installation, you are covered: Within the framework of the contract for work and services between you and the craftsman, you have legal warranty claims: the craftsman is obliged to remedy any defects in the installation work and to pay for any damage that may have occurred. If something is wrong with the item itself, your statutory warranty rights against MAYWAY (May GmbH) will of course continue to apply.
