Der Durchschubspüler NEO TECH 2805 D ist der Einstieg in die MAYWAY-Haubenspüler: ein Haubenspüler für Betriebe, die Teller, Gläser und GN-Behälter in einem Gerät spülen wollen. Mit Korbmaß 50 × 50 cm, 46,5 cm Haubenöffnung und rund 60 Körben pro Stunde bewältigt er das Geschirr einer mittleren Küche im laufenden Betrieb – Teller bis Ø 44 cm und GN 1/1-Behälter passen ohne Umräumen.

Sieben Programme, elektronisch gesteuerte Klarspül- und Reinigerdosierung und die volumetrische Nachspülung mit 2,5 l Wasser pro Korb sorgen für konstante Ergebnisse bei 60 °C Wasch- und 80 °C Nachspültemperatur. Das leichtgängige Haubensystem und die Selbstreinigung nehmen dem Personal Arbeit ab; über die USB-Schnittstelle lassen sich Spüldaten auslesen. Anschluss 400 V / 9,6 kW, Maße 72 × 84 × 157 cm (B × T × H), bei geöffneter Haube 212 cm. Ablaufpumpe optional. Zwei Körbe und Besteckhalter sind im Lieferumfang.
