When simply visiting our pages

The collection and processing of this data is carried out for the purpose of enabling the use of our website (connection establishment) and to ensure system security and stability, as well as for the technical administration of the network infrastructure and to optimise the search function on our web pages. Apart from that, we only evaluate the information for prevention and prosecution if there is a justified suspicion of a serious misuse of our offers, for example in the case of a payment default, and if there is a justified interest on our part. In all other cases, we do not draw any conclusions about your person.

This data is stored until automated deletion. The data will be deleted when the above-mentioned purpose no longer applies.

Use of the contact form

You can send us general enquiries using the contact form provided on our website. In doing so, it is mandatory to provide a valid e-mail address. Additional personal information such as your name, address or telephone number will not be collected unless you provide this information voluntarily. Registration and login

For the purpose of contract processing and for further business initiations, the following data will be requested when registering on our website and stored until the end of the business relationship or your request for data deletion:

- Name and UID number of your company

- Address of your company

- First and last name of the user

- Email address of the user

- Telephone number of the user

In addition, in the case of credit card payment, we require the following data: Card holder, card number, credit card company, expiry date, CVV code. These data are not stored by us but are necessary for the payment processing via the payment partner. All payment data is transmitted in encrypted form.

You can, of course, request the deletion of your data or only the deletion of individual data. We would like to point out that in the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years). Deletion can only take place after this period has expired.
