Delivery

Fast and reliable: Find out when we ship your items, which countries we ship to and what the shipping costs are. And for particularly urgent orders, use our premium shipping service. How does it work? It's easy!

Our delivery time

Please note that the delivery times given are approximate. Since we depend on the production times of manufacturers, with the exception of stock items, longer delivery times may occur depending on availability.

Tip: Order in good time. We will store your goods free of charge until the desired delivery date (max. 6 months).

Important: Generally, the longest delivery time applies to an order with items of different delivery times. This way we want to avoid that you incur additional shipping costs. We always send your order in one delivery. Partial delivery of items already in stock is possible for an additional charge.

Items in stock, immediately available

Please note:

- The reservation is made after the receipt of the deposit has been booked.

- Product with parcel shipping up to max. 30 kg. have a delivery time of approx. 1 - 3 working days, depending on receipt of order/payment.

- Product with haulage company over 30 kg. have a delivery time of approx. 1 - 5 working days, depending on the receipt of the order/payment.

- If you select the premium shipping option, the items marked accordingly will be shipped on the same day if the order is received by 11 a.m., depending on the payment method.

- Product with 2-man delivery to the place of installation have a delivery time of

approx. 3 - 7 days, depending on receipt of order/payment.

- Product with delivery and installation by the service technician have a delivery time of 1 working day, depending on receipt of order/payment.

Non-stock product, fresh from the factory

Items that we do not have in stock, we order from the manufacturer and are therefore dependent on the manufacturer's production time. Therefore, in these cases we can only give you a non-binding delivery time.

Shipping costs, delivery in Austria and Germany

The shipping costs are to see in the shopping bag. The one-time shipping costs per delivery are based on the item with the highest shipping costs, regardless of the order quantity. There are no service & packaging costs or handling fees.

Example: If you order several articles, the individual types of packaging within a shopping basket are not added together, but only one - the largest - type of packaging is charged.

Free delivery from 15.000 € value of goods, free shipping costs

For all orders with a net value of goods of 15.000,- or more, we deliver free of shipping costs within Austria and Germany (mainland only)! You will not incur any additional service & packaging costs or handling fees.

Delivery to 27 other countries, your delivery country is not Austria or Germany

In this case you have the possibility to choose another delivery country. To do so, please click on the country flag at the top left above the search field. There you will see all countries MAYWAY delivers to. Once you have selected your delivery country, all the costs incurred for this will be displayed automatically. For cross-border delivery to Switzerland and Lichtenstein, additional customs duties / fees / taxes apply.

Fair & transparent, no service & packaging costs or handling fees.

We act fairly & transparently - there are no hidden service & packaging costs or handling fees for you. You pay nothing extra for the processing of your order or for the self-collection service. There are also no additional charges for the packaging material used for shipping.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our articles are mostly delivered by parcel service or forwarding agency.

Parcel shipments (shipments up to max. 30 kg):

Normally, parcel shipments are made without prior notification of delivery, and delivery is made by post or parcel service.

If you are not found, a message will be left to coordinate a new delivery or to collect the parcel.

Freight forwarding delivery with  forwarding agency (shipments over 30 kg):

When placing your order, please provide a telephone number where you can be reached by the delivery person.

This ensures that you can personally receive your order and check it for completeness and damage.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery free kerbside is always meant in the scope of delivery.

Unloading of your order by specialists: The unloading of the goods is naturally carried out by the drivers, you do not need to help with this.

If you would like the goods to be brought to the final installation site, please choose 2-man delivery.

A prerequisite for delivery by forwarding agent (haulage company) are roads that are passable for articulated lorries (for islands and mountain stations free station mainland or valley station).

Please inform us if it is not possible to access your premises by articulated lorry.

Two-man delivery to the final installation site

Particularly heavy and bulky? - For these items, we recommend the Two-man delivery service with delivery to the final installation site, where you only have to tell the delivery agent where to place your products. Where your products are to be placed.

Please ensure that the path to the installation site is freely accessible and make sure that the dimensions of the ordered goods do not exceed the size of your doors before you place your order.

Two-man delivery is currently only possible in Austria.

Please clarify this with us BEFORE ordering. This cannot always be booked after the order has been placed!

Packing material:

Of course, you do not have to keep the packaging material if you want to keep the item safely.

If you are still unsure whether you want to keep the item, please keep the entire packaging carefully in order to repack the goods safely and in a manner suitable for transport in the event of a return.

This includes ensuring that the item is unused, undamaged and complete.

The item must be packed in the same way as it was delivered - e.g.: wrapped, on a pallet or in the original box.

The return shipment must be ordered and paid for by you.

Transport damage:

Please check the goods for damage immediately upon delivery! 

If there is damage, make a complaint to the driver and do not sign the delivery receipt until the driver has added the damage note.

If the damage was claimed upon delivery and confirmed by the delivery driver, there are several possibilities:

1. the damage is unacceptable. In this case, please refuse acceptance. The goods will then be returned to us and we will reship. 

2. the damage is minor, the contents are not visibly damaged. However, you would still like to accept the goods. 

In this case, we will clarify the further procedure with you and arrange compensation with the insurance company. 

3. the damage is so minor that nothing has happened to the goods. In this case, you can accept the goods without notification. 

If you do not know exactly how to proceed - call our hotline 0810/100 180 BEFORE finally accepting the goods, and ALWAYS have the driver note the damage on the delivery note and sign it!

We cannot report damaged goods to our insurance company, be it by yourself or by employees or acquaintances, for which no damage confirmation was filled out upon delivery, as you confirm the faultless delivery of the goods to the forwarding agent/post office/parcel service with your signature. Accordingly, no reimbursement of costs will be made.

Self-collection:

If there is a self-collection option for the product, you can also collect this item yourself from your Mayway shop!

Please ask for the packing dimensions beforehand - they are often very large volumes!

Orders outside the EU:

Please always enquire about deliveries outside the EU before ordering on our hotline +43 316 28 4142, giving the postcode (PLZ).

Fast delivery:

After receipt of your order, it will be processed as quickly as possible by our customer service, so the goods will arrive within a few days.
