Der Durchschubspüler TOP TECH 3823 ist der Haubenspüler der MAYWAY-Profiklasse: Korbmaß 50 × 50 cm, rund 60 Körbe pro Stunde, Nachspül- und Ablaufpumpe bereits eingebaut. Die Thermodesinfektion mit 85 °C Nachspültemperatur macht ihn zur richtigen Wahl für Küchen mit hohen Hygieneanforderungen – von der Großgastronomie bis zur Gemeinschaftsverpflegung.

Der Break-Tank mit atmosphärischem 12-l-Boiler hält die Nachspültemperatur unabhängig vom Wasserdruck, die doppelwandig isolierte Haube senkt Geräusch und Wärmeabgabe, und mit 1,6 l Wasser pro Nachspülung bleiben Wasser- und Chemieverbrauch niedrig. Automatische Teilentleerung des Tankwassers, dreifache Filterung der Waschlauge und Selbstreinigung reduzieren den Pflegeaufwand; die mehrfarbige LCD-Anzeige zeigt Programm, Temperaturen und Störungen im Klartext. Anschluss 400 V / 10,2 kW, Maße 72,1 × 83,6 × 156,5 cm (B × T × H), bei geöffneter Haube 212 cm. Zwei Körbe und Besteckhalter sind im Lieferumfang.
