HACCP data logger

 

In the food industry, the HACCP guidelines (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) have been internationally valid for many years.

One of the most frequent causes of food poisoning is insufficient cooling or heating of food, which is why monitoring according to the HACCP guidelines is all the more important.

Temperature data loggers are used to reliably monitor and record temperature values. These data loggers store temperature and time values, which can ideally be evaluated later on a PC.

The required temperatures of cooling equipment are recorded (on the cooling unit or in the documentation) and are checked every working day, if possible at the start of work.

In cold storage or deep-freeze rooms, temperature monitoring is carried out by means of a recording thermometer or minimum/maximum thermometer.

Deep-freeze units over 10m³ require a recording thermometer (data logger) in any case. The records of the device must be kept for at least one year.
