Product information

Slices FOR Slices:
E1 -  E2 - S1 - S2: Potato chips, turnips, cabbages, cucumbers, carrots, onions, mushrooms.
E3: Apples, bananas, potatoes, zucchini, eggplants, fennel, artichokes.
E4 -  E6: Beetroot, boiled potatoes, cabbage, turnips and onions.
E5: Tomatoes, lemons, oranges, apples, pineapples and grapefruits.
E8 -  E10 - E14: Boiled potatoes and carrots, eggplants and beet.
DISHES  FORSHAVING AND GRATING:
Z2 -  Z3: Carrots, celery, potatoes, apples and turnips.
Z4: Beetroot, radish, Gruyère cheese and chocolate.
V: Parmesan, dry bread, almonds, nuts, chocolate and hazelnuts.
Z7: Mozzarella.
SLICES FOR CUBES:
By combining the slices  D8x8 -  D10x10 - D12x12 - D20x20 - K8x8 - K10x10 - K12x12 - K20x20
with the slices  E6 -  E8 -  E10 - E14 you get a variety of different types of cubes for minestrone and fruit salads.
Slices FOR JULIAN CUT:
H2.5 -  H4 -  H6 -  H8 -  H10: Celery, zucchini, beet, roots, carrots, potatoes, turnips.
By combining the slices  B6 -  B8 -  B10 with the slices  E6 -  E8 -  E10 
, julienne strips of the desired thickness are obtained along the entire length of the product.
