E4 -  E6: Beetroot, boiled potatoes, cabbage, turnips and onions.

Slices FOR JULIAN CUT:
H2.5 -  H4 -  H6 -  H8 -  H10: Celery, zucchini, beet, roots, carrots, potatoes, turnips.
By combining the slices  B6 -  B8 -  B10 with the slices  E6 -  E8 -  E10 
, julienne strips of the desired thickness are obtained along the entire length of the product.
