The world of Asian cuisine is delighted! MAYWAY Chinese stove teppanyaki or Chinese steamer, developed with Italian engineering experience for Asian cuisine. The MAYWAY Chinese stove line, Made in Italy, was developed for professional Asian chefs who demand the highest performance. Designed and built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, with a top plate thickness of 2.5 mm. The 2.5 mm thick top plate is recessed to collect liquids, which are drained away via an integrated drain. The WOK top rings are made of solid cast steel. On request, the Chinese stove can be supplied with an automatic "water overflow cleaning system".
