MAYWAY dishwashers from the SaniTech ensures excellent hygiene with special wash programs according to A0 = 60 in accordance with the regulations of the medical sector. A 99.9999% (6 log) reduction of bacteria on the wash ware is guaranteed. In addition, DIN10512 is complied with and the minimum level of thermal disinfection according to A0 = 60 is achieved. The MAYWAY SaniTech series has a housing made of double-walled stainless steel and is insulated against noise and heat dispersion by a 10 mm layer of air between the washing chamber and the outer wall. The interior of the machine is deep-drawn and the basket support is already integrated into the side walls. In addition, the interior is free of pipes and edges, ensuring uncompromising hygiene.

The SmartScreen control system ensuressimple operation, with 4 soft-touch buttons in combination with a large and easy-to-read color-coded LCD display.The combination of colors and graphics makes the wash status visible at a glance. Inaddition, operating parameters such as the temperature in the tank and boiler or the number of rinsing processes as well as information from the automatic diagnostic system are displayed.

Several thermal disinfection programs are available for special hygiene,which are carried out according to the A0 value procedure.
