To minimize cooking fumes, odours, moisture, grease, heat and smoke, the following are required Fume extractors or extractor hoods are an absolute must in professional catering establishments and commercial kitchens. MAYWAY extractor hoods are made entirely made of high-quality, Scotch-Brite satin-finished stainless steel(AISI 304)they are equipped with a Drainage channel with built-in drainage hand and are equipped with removable Class A flame-retardant filters removable flame retardant filters. Whether for external Connection to your ventilation system or with a built-in radial fanfor wall or ceiling mounting, MAYWAY has the right ventilation technology for your needs. Optimum illumination with flame-retardant LED lights and control by means of a speed controller are available as options.
