The mechanical pizza press was developed to shape pizza dough evenly and quickly. The pizza shaper can shape up to 250 pizzas per hour with diameters of up to 33 cm. The two pressing plates have independently controlled heating elements, the thickness of the pizza can be regulated and the pressing time can be controlled by a timer. With the specially shaped upper pressing plate, it is also very easy to form a crust for the pizza.
