With the MAYWAY Dry Ager you achieve the perfect meat maturation through a special microclimate. Thanks to a professional temperature and humidity control system, the meat is exposed to a constant air flow resulting in an intense taste and an unmistakable color. Equipped with a special integrated sterilization kit, Mekano Dry uses the unsurpassed oxidizing power of ozone and guarantees a 100% healthy product and maturing environment.
