• The item is offered for sale at a lower price to everyone at another Austrian retailer within 5 days of your purchase or is offered for sale at a lower price to everyone in our specialist stores or in our online shop within 5 days of your purchase.
• It is the same model (same brand, same model, same version, same availability, same buyer protection guarantee, same technician on-site service).
• Excluded are sales, products sold on Internet auction sites, by private individuals or by online-only dealers, deliveries abroad (i.e. outside Austria).
• Excluded are special and custom-made products, which are produced individually for customers, as well as services such as assembly or kitchen planning services.

In principle, we reserve the right to limit deliveries to quantities customary for end consumers.
